new provisions to protect "privacy" and relating to the protection and processing of personal data, yes
informs you that the processing of personal data already provided and acquired by you and which will be provided by you in

The personal data provided are necessary for information purposes, communication for information relating to purchases,
estimates, and other necessary communications pertinent to the relationship with the Atelier and the execution of the services
issued. For any communication of promotions, discounts, news and/or relevant events.
c) Processing and storage methods
The processing of the data supplied by you is carried out both in an automated and in a manual form in compliance with
the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679, by specifically appointed subjects and in
compliance with the provisions of Article 29 of the GDPR 2016/679. We point out that, in compliance with the

work and social security and by the relevant civil code and for a further ten years.

We also inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed and will not be communicated
without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that may involve the transfer
of data to public bodies, consultants or other subjects for the fulfillment of legal obligations. Also such
data may be known, within the limits of current legislation, by employees and/or collaborators
expressly appointed and appointed by the Owner.

protection and processing of personal data, we hereby inform you that the personal data already provided
and acquired by you and which will be provided by you in the future in your capacity as "data subject", will
be processed in compliance with the regulations envisaged by the aforementioned Regulation and with the
obligations of confidentiality, correctness, lawfulness and transparency.

the Atelier and the performance of the services issued. For possible communication of promotions,
discounts, news and/or relevant events.
c) Processing and storage methods
The processing of the data provided by you is carried out both in automated and manual form in
compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679, by specially appointed persons and in
compliance with the provisions of Article 29 of GDPR 2016/679. Please note that, in compliance with the
principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, in accordance with Article 5 of GDPR
2016/679, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed in the annex to this information notice, your
personal data will be retained for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are
collected and processed and in any case no longer than the terms established by the relevant tax, labour
and social security regulations and the Civil Code and for a further ten years.
d) Scope of communication and dissemination
We also inform you that the data collected will never be disseminated and will not be communicated
without your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data
to public bodies, consultants or other parties for the fulfillment of legal obligations. Furthermore, such data
may be disclosed, within the limits of the regulations in force, to employees and/or collaborators expressly
appointed and appointed by the Data Controller.
